William John Malone

William John Malone, known to family and friends as Bill, passed away on June 24, 2026, at the age of 79, following a courageous battle with cancer.

Bill spent his life fighting—for his country, for his family, and for the people he cared about. From his service as a Green Beret in Vietnam to his role as husband, father, grandfather, provider, mentor, and friend, he met life's challenges head-on and never backed down. Cancer was no exception. He faced his final battle with the same toughness, determination, and resilience that defined his entire life.

He was the beloved husband of Jeanne Malone, devoted father of Bill and Steven, cherished father-in-law to Robin Malone, and proud grandfather to Kate (Andrew) and Matthew (Tom).
